Made from direct-pressed Gewurztraminer vinified in old barrels, a touch of macerated Gewurztraminer and a hint of Riesling. A full-bodied, well-balanced, dry wine. (La chambre, Kat Onoma).
Description
La chambre is a tribute to the eponymous track by french band Kat Onoma and the velvety voice of singer Rodolphe Burger. It's a silky wine, designed to accompany soothing evenings when the kids are in bed.
To the direct-pressed Gewurztraminer vinified in barrels, I added a touch of macerated Gewurztraminer for depth and a hint of Riesling for brilliance.
This dry wine stands on its own or is the perfect accompaniment to salmon, sweetbreads or mature cow's milk cheese.
